This role is designed for a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, specifically within the tech sector. The ideal candidate combines high-level business acumen with a genuine curiosity for technical infrastructure. Since you will be managing strategic growth accounts in the DACH region, native-level or fluent German is a mandatory requirement for this position.
