This role is designed for a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, specifically within the tech sector. The ideal candidate combines a high level of autonomy with a deep "mind for technology." While you don't need to be a database administrator on day one, you must have the aptitude to learn complex technical concepts and the confidence to lead executive-level business reviews with C-suite stakeholders. A standout feature of this position is its high degree of flexibility and ownership. You can work fully remotely from anywhere in Germany or use the Stuttgart office. Job Description

Individuals in the Customer Success Manager role have a passion for technology and the ambition to dive head-first into new challenges. We are looking for someone who can thrive with a high level of ambiguity and operate autonomously while maintaining a customer centric approach and helping to build the program. In this role you will also become a main point of contact for MongoDB end users by leveraging your technical and account management skills as well as acting as the account team leader across Sales, Professional Services, Solutions Architects, etc.

This role can be based out of our Stuttgart office or remotely in Germany.
