The ideal candidate is someone who possesses deep business acumen and a strong technical aptitude—specifically regarding cloud infrastructure and databases—and can translate complex technical challenges into strategic business outcomes for high-growth customers.
The position offers excellent flexibility, allowing for a fully remote setup within Germany or a hub-based experience in Munich. As a "Senior" member of the team, you aren't just managing accounts; you are a de facto leader helping to build the CS program, interviewing new hires, and influencing the product roadmap for a global leader in the database-as-a-service market.
