This role is designed for a seasoned professional with 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management who is fluent in German. It is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys high levels of autonomy and can navigate technical conversations around cloud infrastructure and database technology. While you don’t need to be a developer, a strong aptitude for learning complex software ecosystems is essential.
Based in Dublin, this "Senior" level position follows a hybrid working model, despite being listed as fully remote in some contexts. You will act as a strategic leader, directing account teams across Sales and Engineering while managing a portfolio of high-growth customers. This is an impactful opportunity to help build CS processes from the ground up and mentor more junior team members.
