This role is designed for a seasoned professional with 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, specifically within the tech sector. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses both a high level of business acumen and a technical "aptitude"—you don't need to be a DBA, but you must be comfortable discussing cloud infrastructure and database concepts with technical stakeholders. Fluency in German is a hard requirement, as you will be the primary point of contact for strategic accounts in the DACH region. A standout feature of this position is the blend of autonomy and seniority; you’ll act as a mini-CEO for your customer portfolio, making high-stakes decisions on de-escalation and account strategy. The role offers excellent flexibility with fully remote options across Germany or a base in the Frankfurt office.
