This role is ideal for a senior-level Customer Success professional with at least 5-9 years of experience managing complex IT portfolios. Since this position focuses on the healthcare sector, the perfect candidate possesses a strong grasp of managed services and the ability to navigate executive-level relationships within large health systems.
The position offers significant financial upside with a base salary up to $131,810 plus a 10% annual bonus target. It is a fully remote role, providing excellent work-life flexibility, though it does require the ability to handle occasional high-stakes escalations and up to 10% travel. As a senior member of the team, you will also have the opportunity to mentor associate CSMs, positioning you as a leader within the organization.
