In this role, you will forecast, allocate, and optimize all operations headcount to align resource plans and schedules to hiring and vendor engagement strategies. You will be at the forefront of our staffing and vendor management strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and develop plans that support our operational goals.
