## Job Description
<p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop advanced data engineering solutions supporting data analysis and ad-hoc insights</li><li>Design scalable, cloud-native data platforms and pipelines for structured and unstructured data</li><li>Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using modern cloud-native services</li><li>Lead the design and optimization of complex, multi-platform data architectures to improve performance, scalability and growth</li><li>Apply best practices across data quality, governance, lineage, security and observability.</li><li>Collaborate with analytics, product, engineering and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable, high-value data solutions</li><li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship, ensuring adherence to established engineering standards and quality procedures.</li><li>Develop and improve data solutions using modern cloud technologies (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue or equivalent services)</li></ul><p>You will report into the Data Modeller - Manager.</p>
## Qualifications
<p><strong>What you will bring:</strong></p><ul><li>4+ years in a similar role</li><li>Fluent English</li><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related quantitative field.</li><li>Experience developing data engineering solutions in AWS environments.</li><li>SQL expertise and solid programming skills (Python / PySpark preferred).</li><li>Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT, distributed processing and modern data architecture patterns.</li><li>Experience with integration patterns and secure data handling practices.</li><li>Experience working in Agile teams.</li></ul>
