This role is designed for a seasoned clinical data professional with at least 5 years of experience who is ready to move beyond traditional CRO environments. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in developing systems for clinical trial data validation and management, and is comfortable working at the intersection of clinical operations and product development. A standout feature of this position is the opportunity to directly influence a proprietary end-to-end trial platform (Citrus). In addition to a competitive salary and equity, the package includes robust benefits like a $2,000 L&D budget, 39 days of annual leave, and a $800 monthly employer contribution toward insurance. The role is fully remote for US-based candidates and offers a high degree of ownership within a well-funded Series B startup. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have 5+ years of experience in clinical data management, specifically with EDC systems and trial setup. * Bridge the gap between technical and clinical teams, with a bonus for knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM). * Enjoy "building the plane while flying it" and want to contribute to product roadmaps rather than just following rigid SOPs. * Are looking for a mission-driven environment that rewards "high agency" and a bias for action.

Lindus Health are looking for a Senior Data Manager to support a diverse range of clinical trials. As a Senior Data Manager you will be a part of the deployment team that designs, configures and launches new trials on Citrus, our end-to-end trial delivery platform.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with extensive data management expertise who also enjoys contributing to product development. You’ll be collaborating closely with our product team to make data management within Citrus easy and efficient.
