This role is designed for a seasoned infrastructure professional with at least 7 years of deep experience across both public (AWS/GCP) and private (VMware/OpenStack) cloud environments. The ideal candidate is a hybrid expert who understands high-scale distributed systems, Linux internals, and the intersection of networking and container orchestration. Situated within the Core Application Services team, you will focus on high-availability automation and SRE best practices. While the role is based on-site in Bengaluru, it offers the technical challenge of managing massive scale for a global cloud contact center provider.
