## Job Description
<p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Develop scalable CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, automated build, test, and deployment processes across multiple environments and services.</li><li>Improve cloud infrastructure to achieve high availability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency while supporting evolving product demands.</li><li>Implement and enforce security and compliance standards, including vulnerability scanning, patch management, policy enforcement, and incident response automation.</li><li>Automate system provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Packer and Ansible to ensure consistency, repeatability, and reduced manual intervention.</li><li>Partner with development teams to embed DevOps best practices, refine workflows, remove delivery bottlenecks, and accelerate release cycles.</li><li>Monitor and improve system performance and reliability using proactive observability, logging, alerting, and root cause analysis practices.</li><li>Oversee and evolve infrastructure architecture, ensuring resilience, scalability, and understanding of platform and enterprise technology standards.</li><li>Provide operational support and technical leadership, resolving complex infrastructure issues, mentoring team members, and reducing single points of failure.</li></ul>
## Qualifications
<p><strong>What you'll bring:</strong></p><ul><li>5 years of hands‑on experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE role supporting business‑critical production systems.</li><li>Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design, including maintaining and evolving complex pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Git-based workflows.</li><li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Packer to deliver reproducible, secure, and scalable environments.</li><li>Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (compute, networking, storage, security) with experience designing for high availability, and cost optimization.</li><li>Linux administration and troubleshooting expertise, including system configuration, performance tuning, and managing secure, production‑grade environments.</li><li>Solid scripting and automation skills using languages such as Python, Groovy, Shell, or Windows Batch for operational tooling and platform automation.</li><li>Demonstrated experience with security and compliance practices, including vulnerability management, OS and middleware patching, and incident response processes.</li><li>Hands‑on experience with observability and operations, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance of complex troubleshooting.</li><li>Experience supporting enterprise‑grade infrastructure and databases, with the ability to manage installations, patching, upgrades, and performance issues in shared environments.</li><li>Collaboration and ability to partner with development teams, provide technical leadership, and reduce knowledge silos and single points of failure.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal English.</li></ul>
