The ideal candidate possesses deep domain expertise in the medical device and diagnostics (MedTech) sector and a sophisticated understanding of how SaaS/CRM ecosystem technologies drive commercial success. You should be a "player-coach" who can blend high-level strategy with hands-on sales support and industry thought leadership. The compensation is highly competitive, reaching up to $300,000 in base salary plus potential bonuses and equity.
