This role is designed for a strategic sales executive who thrives in "farmer" environments rather than "hunter" ones. The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading large, multi-layered organizations through transitions—specifically moving from transactional advertising sales to value-based software/SaaS models. You should be an organizational architect capable of designing compensation plans, territory models, and multi-year GTM strategies for SMB and Mid-Market segments.
The position offers a high level of autonomy with a fully remote work arrangement and a competitive compensation package reaching up to $310k plus equity.
