This role is designed for a high-level enterprise strategist who excels at "closing the gap." It is ideal for a veteran SaaS leader with at least 12 years of experience in overlay or sales roles, specifically within the Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) or Contact Center (CCaaS) space. You should be an expert in the mechanics of late-stage deal execution and feel comfortable navigating complex "coopetition" (collaborating with competitors).
The position offers significant financial upside with a broad salary range up to $301k, plus stock and performance bonuses. While the role is global in scope, it offers the flexibility of being fully remote (outside the San Ramon area).
