This role is designed for a seasoned B2B marketing leader with at least 12 years of experience in demand generation, specifically within the SaaS, cloud, or developer tools sectors. The ideal candidate is a "strategic operator" who has successfully scaled global marketing engines toward the $1B+ revenue mark and possesses a deep technical understanding of how AI can modernize traditional marketing workflows.
The position offers a high-impact seat reporting directly to the CMO during a pivotal growth phase. Standing out with a salary range up to $259k plus equity, the role provides a robust benefits package including 20 weeks of parental leave and fertility assistance. While the work model is on-site/hybrid, you’ll have the choice of three major hubs: Austin, NYC, or Palo Alto.
