This role is designed for a seasoned "hunter" with at least 10 years of experience in enterprise healthcare sales. The ideal candidate has a deep network of brokers, payers, and employers and a proven track record of selling complex solutions. You should be comfortable building a go-to-market motion from scratch and navigating the C-suite of major enterprise accounts within the healthcare ecosystem. This is a high-visibility, fully remote leadership position reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the sales playbook for a fast-scaling startup focused on midlife women’s health. While specific salary figures aren't disclosure, the package includes a competitive base, equity, and comprehensive benefits. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have successfully sold virtual care or healthcare services to large enterprises and payers. * Possess "startup DNA"—you are scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity. * Are an expert at managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles and maintain high pipeline hygiene in HubSpot. * Are passionate about expanding access to specialized healthcare for women.

### The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a Senior Director, Employer Sales with a true hunter mentality to drive new business and revenue growth through a consultative, enterprise sales process.
You will own a national territory and develop strategic plans to identify, engage, and close enterprise customers aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and partners cross-functionally with internal stakeholders while navigating a complex healthcare ecosystem.
This is a highly visible, high-impact role for someone who combines strategic thinking with relentless execution.
