Summary

This role is designed for a seasoned B2B marketing executive with at least 15 years of experience, specifically within the North American market. The ideal candidate has mastered the dual responsibility of managing field marketing (regional events and ABM) and partner/channel marketing (resellers and agents). You should be a revenue-focused leader who views marketing through the lens of sales pipeline, TQLs, and SAOs. The position offers a high degree of autonomy and a wide compensation range ($153,800 - $338,300), plus equity and performance bonuses. It is fully remote for those outside the San Francisco Bay Area, offering significant flexibility. We are seeking a Senior Director of North America Field & Partner Marketing to lead and scale regional go-to-market execution across Field Marketing and Partner Marketing. This role owns the strategy, execution, and performance of North America field programs and partner initiatives, with clear accountability for pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue impact.

This leader will manage and develop both Field Marketing and Partner Marketing teams, ensuring field-led programs drive TQLs, SAOs, and bookings, while partners contribute meaningful sourced and influenced pipeline. The role blends strategic GTM leadership with hands-on operational excellence and close alignment to regional sales leadership.

Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.
