You’ll need a strong background in public, multinational companies, specifically overseeing both Payroll and Equity functions for a workforce of 2,000+ employees. The ideal candidate has steered large-scale transformations, handled M&A integrations, and possesses deep expertise in global tax compliance across regions like the US, EMEA, and APAC.
