This role is designed for a seasoned HR leader with deep expertise in supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) organizations within the SaaS or enterprise tech space. You should have a proven track record of partnering with C-suite executives (specifically Revenue and Sales leaders) to drive talent strategies that directly impact the bottom line. Experience navigating high-growth, global environments and managing a team of senior People Business Partners is essential.
The position offers a highly competitive salary range ($203,000 - $380,900) plus equity and potential incentives.
