This is a fully remote position and the individual can be located anywhere in the US.

Position Purpose:
Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of ICHRA-focused products that enhance market competitiveness and deliver measurable value to customers and business. Lead the development and optimization of ICHRA product portfolios by identifying emerging opportunities, shaping differentiated solutions, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Advance a culture of innovation by championing new ideas, testing concepts, and accelerating the successful adoption of high impact initiatives.














Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required Master's Degree preferred.


Pay Range: $148,000.00 - $274,200.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
