You should be a data-driven strategist comfortable advising C-suite leaders while simultaneously overseeing global operations across North America and Europe. The ideal candidate has a track record of scaling recruiting functions and implementing modern HR technology. This is a high-visibility, senior leadership position reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. The compensation is highly competitive, ranging from **$204k - $255k**, plus Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and discretionary bonuses. Role overview

As our Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, you will shape the future of CarGurus by building and leading a world-class function that consistently hires exceptional, diverse talent. This highly visible, strategic role reports to the Chief People Officer and serves as a key member of the People & Talent Leadership Team. You will partner closely with executives across the business to design forward-looking talent strategies that fuel growth, raise the bar on talent quality, and strengthen leadership capability across the company.

What you'll bring







The displayed range represents the expected annual base salary / On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position. On-Target Earnings (OTE) is inclusive of base salary and on-target commission earnings, which applies exclusively to sales roles.

Individual pay within this range is determined by work location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This annual base salary forms part of a comprehensive Total Rewards Package. In addition to benefits, this role may qualify for discretionary bonuses/incentives and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
