This role is designed for a seasoned Talent Acquisition executive who has experience leading large teams (20+) in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments. You should be a data-driven strategist comfortable advising C-suite leaders while simultaneously overseeing global operations across North America and Europe. The ideal candidate has a track record of scaling recruiting functions and implementing modern HR technology.
This is a high-visibility, senior leadership position reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. The compensation is highly competitive, ranging from **$204k - $255k**, plus Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and discretionary bonuses.
