You should be someone who has evolved beyond basic automated scanning into manual exploitation, custom exploit development, and multi-week Red Team operations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of finding critical vulnerabilities in complex environments and holds advanced certifications like OSCP, OSEP, or GXPN.
