This role is designed for an experienced engineering leader with a deep background in **bare metal/on-premise environments**. You’ll be leading the newly formed "Metal" squad, responsible for building the foundation of Grafana’s internal platform outside of public cloud providers. The ideal candidate has managed distributed systems at scale and is comfortable leading remote, high-performing teams.
