Senior Engineering Manager at Zillow

This role is designed for a software-focused leader with at least 5 years of people management experience who has successfully transitioned infrastructure teams from reactive operations to modern platform engineering. You should have a deep background in RDBMS and NoSQL systems and a strong belief in the "paved road" philosophy—building self-service tools that make the right way the easiest way for developers. The position offers excellent compensation (up to $330k base + equity) and the flexibility of being 100% remote within the US.
