This role is designed for a high-performing sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure technology. The ideal candidate is a "hunter" who excels at outbound prospecting and net-new customer acquisition within the New England region. Since the product is rooted in open-source monitoring and observability, a background in technical sales or familiarity with the "LGTM" stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir) will give you a significant edge.
The compensation is highly competitive, with a total target earnings (OTE) of $280k–$300k, plus equity (RSUs) in a rapidly scaling, remote-first company. You’ll enjoy 30 days of annual leave and a culture that values autonomy and a consultative sales approach.
