Ideally, you have a footprint in the open-source ecosystem and a proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quotas in a high-velocity, competitive tech environment. **Key highlights** As a remote-first organization, this position offers ultimate flexibility within Germany. The compensation is highly competitive, featuring an OTE range up to €239,500 plus Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) for every employee.
