This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the Australian public sector. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience in high-stakes, quota-carrying field sales, specifically targeting Federal Government agencies. You should be comfortable navigating complex procurement processes and building high-level relationships with CTOs and Engineering leaders.
The position offers the flexibility of being fully remote, though there is a strong preference for candidates based in Canberra to facilitate government relationship building. As part of a high-growth tech leader, you’ll gain access to top-tier sales enablement programs and a culture that utilizes methodologies like MEDDIC to win complex deals. This is a "growth" focused role, meaning you will be responsible for expanding the footprint within existing open accounts.
