This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure technology. The company is looking for a "Growth" AE, meaning you will focus on expanding and nurturing an existing book of business within the Nordics rather than starting from scratch. Ideal candidates are high-performers who thrive in remote, high-velocity environments and have a strong grasp of open-source ecosystems.
The compensation is highly competitive, with a clearly defined OTE range and the inclusion of RSUs for all employees. As a remote-first, "fail-forward" organization, they offer significant autonomy and 30 days of annual leave (including specific company-wide shutdown days). You’ll be selling the LGTM stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir) to a sophisticated technical audience.
**You might be a good fit if you...**
* Have a proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quotas in B2B SaaS.
* Are comfortable with a consultative sales approach (learning customer needs before pitching).
* Use MEDD(P)ICC and Command of the Message methodologies to manage your pipeline.
* Speak fluent Swedish and enjoy working across a global, distributed team.
