This role is designed for a high-performing enterprise sales professional who thrives in the "builder" phase of a startup. You should have at least 7 years of SaaS experience, specifically closing six- and seven-figure deals within complex, technical environments. The ideal candidate isn’t just looking for a 9-to-5; they are ready to treat the Northwest territory like their own business, navigating deep technical stakeholders and the C-suite simultaneously. The compensation is highly competitive, with an OTE range of **$270k–$300k plus equity**. While the role is remote-friendly, there is a strong preference for candidates based in Seattle, Portland, Salt Lake City, or the Bay Area. You’ll have the chance to sell at the cutting edge of Agentic AI, leveraging a modern tech stack (Gong, 6sense, Clari) to automate your own productivity while helping enterprises transform their contact centers. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have a proven track record of using **MEDDPICC** to manage multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles. * Are comfortable selling technical products involving automation, AI, or complex workflows. * Enjoy the "scrappy" nature of a startup where you influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback. * Live in the Northwest or Bay Area and want to own a high-potential territory.

Salary Range

The OTE (On Target Earnings) compensation range targeted for this full-time position is $270,000-$300,000 Rangeper annum. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and equity (in the form of options). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
