This role is designed for a high-level IT professional who excels in "white-glove" service and feels comfortable interacting directly with C-suite executives. You should have at least 5 years of technical support experience, specifically with a background in managing high-stakes environments like board meetings, earnings calls, and large-scale live events.
Standing out is the "single-threaded" nature of this position; you are the primary point of contact for West Coast VIPs, bridging the gap between standard IT and high-end AV engineering. While the salary range is broad ($64k–$127k), the benefits package is robust, featuring 20 weeks of parental leave and equity opportunities. Note that this is a high-responsibility, on-site role in Palo Alto that includes a global on-call rotation.
