Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A (Forecasting) at Upwork

This role is designed for a finance professional with 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, specifically someone who has owned end-to-end forecasting cycles in a high-growth environment. You should be a power user of financial planning software and have the storytelling ability to turn complex revenue, margin, and EBITDA data into clear narratives for senior leadership. The compensation is highly competitive, offering up to $148,000 CAD plus a bonus and equity. A unique aspect of this role is the opportunity to be a founding member of the new Toronto operational hub.
