Summary

This role is designed for a mid-to-senior career finance professional with 4–7+ years of experience, specifically within Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). The ideal candidate is a "power user" of financial software—specifically **Adaptive Planning**—and possesses high-level Excel modeling skills. Since this is an individual contributor role with high visibility, it’s best suited for someone who can work independently while effectively communicating complex data to executive leadership and the Board of Directors. A standout aspect of this position is the focus on modernizing finance workflows. You won't just be crunching numbers; you’ll be a key player in the enterprise-wide rollout of Adaptive Planning and will be encouraged to leverage AI-enabled tools (like Copilot) to automate recurring analyses. The work arrangement is hybrid out of St. Louis, Missouri, offering a blend of in-person collaboration and "digital-first" flexibility. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have hands-on experience maintaining and enhancing **Adaptive Planning** (this is highly preferred). * Are an expert in Excel, including Power Query and building complex, driver-based financial models. * Enjoy the challenge of consolidating financial plans across multiple business units or ecosystems. * Can translate dense financial spreadsheets into clear, decision-oriented narratives for senior executives.
