This role is designed for a finance professional with a strong technical edge, specifically someone who enjoys working at the intersection of FP&A and Data Science. With at least 4 years of experience—ideally in corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting—the perfect candidate is a "spreadsheet wizard" who is also comfortable using SQL or Python to pull and analyze marketplace data. This is a two day a week in office, hybrid role that sits in our San Francisco office.

## About the Role:

Taskrabbit is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. The ideal candidate brings a background in both finance and data analytics. In this role, you’ll contribute to traditional FP&A responsibilities—such as preparing budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting—while also serving as a key data resource within the finance organization. You’ll help bridge the gap between business and financial data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across sources. In addition, you’ll play a critical role in developing and implementing frameworks to deepen our understanding of marketplace profitability and guide investment strategy. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in financial analysis, data analytics, and problem-solving. A good fit for the role will be highly self-motivated, intellectually curious, and analytical, with a strong sense of ownership and ethics that ensure high-quality results every day.

The base pay range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, geography, and level.
