The Small Business Finance organization is seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong Senior Financial Analyst (T08) to support financial reporting, planning, and decision making for one of The Hartford’s largest and most dynamic segments. The analyst will partner closely with colleagues across Small Business, FP&A, Actuarial, and Enterprise Finance to help deliver clear, actionable insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and support ongoing process and analytics enhancements. The role offers strong opportunities for learning, collaboration, and professional growth within a fast‑paced and supportive finance team.
