This role is ideal for a seasoned Fullstack Engineer with at least 6 years of experience who thrives in a mission-driven healthcare environment. You should be a Django/Python expert who is equally comfortable working with React.js to build internal operational tools. Since this position focuses on "Care Delivery," background in workflow management systems or Electronic Health Record (EHR) integrations will give you a significant edge. The compensation is highly competitive ($170k–$220k plus equity) for a "Senior" title. While listed as remote-friendly in some contexts, the description specifies a **hybrid schedule** requiring you to be in the Palo Alto office every Tuesday and Thursday. We're looking for a senior fullstack engineer to join our growing team as we rapidly scale towards our mission of revolutionizing healthcare. You will focus on our Care Delivery product vertical, building and integrating products that extend across the entire clinician and operational lifecycle at Midi. You will also drive large projects through all developmental stages - early brainstorming and requirements refining, architectural design, execution, testing, rollout and iteration.
