The ideal candidate is a configuration expert who specializes in the "back-office" trio of Benefits, Payroll, and Time Tracking. You should be comfortable acting as both a technical architect and a strategic partner, capable of translating complex global compliance needs into scalable system workflows. The compensation is highly competitive, ranging from $127,000 to $163,000 CAD, supplemented by a bonus and equity program.
