This role is designed for an experienced partnership professional who understands the intersection of SaaS and agency ecosystems. You are the ideal candidate if you have at least 2 years of experience managing a book of business consisting of solutions partners (like marketing agencies or consultancies) and have a proven track record of driving "Sourced MRR" (Monthly Recurring Revenue).
Based in the UKI market (HubSpot’s largest EMEA region), this is a "Growth" PDM role focusing on the critical two-year window where new partners are onboarded and scaled toward Platinum status. The position offers significant flexibility with a fully remote work arrangement (Flex-London), and places a heavy emphasis on modern sales tooling, specifically requiring proficiency in partner ecosystem platforms and AI application.
**You might be a good fit if you:**
* Have 2+ years of experience using **Crossbeam**, Reveal, or PartnerTap to drive partner-led pipelines.
* Are comfortable co-selling and coaching partners on how to package and price their services.
* Enjoy long-term relationship building rather than high-volume, transactional sales.
