This role is designed for a senior enablement professional with a background in B2B SaaS and direct sales experience. The ideal candidate is someone who has carried a quota and can now credibly coach veteran sales reps on complex deal execution. You must be deeply fluent in specific sales methodologies, serving as the regional authority for EMEA while operating within a global, remote-first framework. The position offers a strong compensation package with an OTE range of €106k - €128k (for Germany-based candidates) plus equity in a high-growth, open-source leader.
