This is a senior individual contributor role for a Go-To-Market (GTM) enablement expert who has previously carried a quota and understands the "boots on the ground" reality of enterprise sales. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of enablement experience in B2B SaaS and is highly proficient in both **Command of the Message** and **MEDDPICC** frameworks. You will be the primary enablement lead for the EMEA region, bridging global strategy with local market execution. As part of a remote-first, open-source leader, you’ll enjoy significant autonomy and a culture of transparency. The compensation package is competitive, featuring an OTE range of £100k - £121k for UK-based candidates, plus **RSUs** for every employee.
