This role is designed for a seasoned RevOps or Sales Ops professional who specializes in the "North Star" mechanics of business growth rather than just administrative task management. To thrive here, you must have a minimum of 6 years of experience specifically within a **CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service)** organization and have personally navigated at least two full annual planning cycles. You should be highly analytical and comfortable defining complex target-setting methodologies and customer segmentation strategies.
The position offers a highly competitive salary range ($155k–$228k depending on location) with a remote-first culture that still prioritizes high-impact connection through roughly 10% travel. This is a strategic leadership opportunity where you will influence senior executives and shape how the GTM organization functions globally.
