Keeper is hiring a talented Senior HR Generalist (Operations) to join our global People Team. This can be a 100% remote position from select locations, with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area.

About the Role

The Senior HR Generalist (Operations) will report to the Global Senior Director of Human Resources and play a key role in driving operational excellence across the global People function. This role combines senior-level HR generalist responsibilities with a strong focus on process improvement, project management, and scalable HR operations.

This individual will support the full employee lifecycle while optimizing and standardizing HR processes across the U.S., Ireland, UK, and Japan, with an eye toward future global expansion. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with an emphasis on improving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and delivering a seamless employee experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and proactive, with a strong ability to manage projects, improve workflows, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
