This role is designed for a technical IAM specialist with at least 5 years of experience who is ready to move beyond basic user provisioning into complex identity architecture. You should be a "systems thinker" who understands the intersection of identity security, automation, and compliance. Experience with modern identity governance tools like Okta, Veza, or Lumos and a strong grasp of non-human identity (NHI) management in AWS/GCP environments are essential. The compensation package is robust, offering a base salary up to $152,800 plus annual bonuses and equity.
