This role is designed for a high-energy "hunter" with a deep background in Web3 capital markets and a proven track record of closing deals. You aren’t just managing relationships; you are actively prospecting and securing funding from HNWIs, family offices, and VCs. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of IR or sales experience and the technical fluency to translate complex privacy infrastructure (ZK-proofs, confidential computing) into compelling investment narratives. As a fully remote, worldwide position, this role offers incredible autonomy within a mission-driven organization focused on digital liberties. You’ll be working with an established team of 200+ contributors with minimal hierarchy and no fixed hours. This isn't a typical corporate IR job—it’s a performance-driven sales position with a direct impact on the project's growth, featuring a negotiable base plus a performance-based bonus and the option to be paid in fiat, crypto, or a mix of both. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have an existing network of crypto-native VCs and digital asset allocators ready to activate. * Are comfortable with aggressive outreach, including 50+ cold contacts per week. * Have experience structuring complex Web3 instruments like SAFTs, SAFEs, and token warrants. * Align deeply with principles of censorship resistance, privacy, and decentralized governance.
