You will be a key driver in defining, documenting, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all critical IT systems. Beyond reactive troubleshooting, you will proactively design resilient systems that prevent issues before they occur, championing a culture of continuous improvement through automation and the mentorship of junior engineers.
As a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and Security teams, you will define and implement standard operating procedures for monitoring, disaster recovery, and change management, ensuring all systems remain robust, scalable, and fully audit-ready (ITGC, SOX, SOC II Type II, NIST, etc.).
