The opportunity:

We’re looking for a Senior Learning Program Manager to own the end-to-end development of our Nursing program — from designing and building curriculum to delivering and continuously improving the learning experience as we scale.

In this role, you’ll be deeply involved in shaping how our programs come to life and evolve, working across teams to ensure strong learning outcomes for students while adapting thoughtfully to the needs of different partners and contexts.

This role reports into the Senior Manager, Learning Programs.

The target base salary range for this opportunity is $120,000 - $130,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations.
