Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Tekion

This role is designed for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer who wants to bridge the gap between AI research and production-grade software. You will be the technical backbone responsible for operationalizing LLMs and agentic workflows within a massive automotive cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience and is comfortable working at the intersection of backend engineering and data science, specifically focusing on building low-latency microservices and robust CI/CD pipelines for ML. You will work on "cutting edge" agent-driven features, moving beyond simple chatbots to create systems that can reason and automate tasks. While this is a demanding on-site role in Bengaluru, it offers the chance to work with a high-growth "unicorn" disrupting the automotive industry. You’ll have significant ownership over the MLOps stack, including LangChain, Kubernetes, and AWS, with a primary focus on ensuring models are secure, explainable, and cost-efficient at scale. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have 6+ years of experience in MLOps or backend engineering with a focus on production ML environments. * Are proficient in Python and at least one other language like Java, Go, or Scala. * Have hands-on experience with LLM orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and vector databases. * Enjoy the challenge of optimizing p95 latency and building "reliability-first" systems.
