Beyond technical modeling, they are looking for a leader who can mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product teams to build Reddit’s "Developer Platform" ecosystem, specifically focusing on how users discover interactive games and apps. The compensation package is highly competitive, offering a base salary between **$216,700 and $303,400**, plus equity (RSUs). The role is **fully remote** within the U.S., offering significant flexibility, yet provides access to physical offices if preferred.
