You should be a U.S. GAAP expert (CPA preferred) who has mastered the "operational" side of finance—overseeing everything from payroll and equity to AP and tax compliance. Because this team is currently migrating systems, they need a "builder" who can refine workflows and mentor a team of six. The compensation is highly competitive, with a base salary ranging from $147k to $199k (typically anchoring at $173k) plus equity.
