This role is designed for a seasoned RevOps or Sales Ops leader with at least 5 years of experience specifically supporting Channel, MSP, or VAR go-to-market motions. You should be a Salesforce power user who excels at building the "plumbing" of a partner program—think deal registration, partner portals (PRMs), and attribution models—within a fast-scaling SaaS environment. As a 100% remote position, this offers significant autonomy to build and eventually lead a global Partner Operations team.
