This role is designed for an experienced compensation professional with 8–12 years of global experience who is ready to balance high-level strategy with "sleeves-rolled-up" operational execution. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing complex compensation cycles (merit, equity, and bonus) and ideally has experience leading or mentoring a small team within a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment. The position offers a broad salary range ($104k–$204k) and is based in Austin under a hybrid model. Beyond the base pay, the company provides significant perks including equity, an employee stock purchase program, and 20 weeks of gender-neutral parental leave. You will have high visibility, reporting to the Director of Global Compensation Operations to shape pay equity and EU transparency initiatives. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have mastered global compensation cycles and pay equity compliance. * Are highly proficient with Google Sheets and ideally have experience with SuccessFactors. * Enjoy building structure out of ambiguity and improving internal HR processes. * Are local to Austin and prefer a mix of in-office and remote work.
